There are multiple ways of staying fit (active) during your pregnancy while preparing for the delivery at the same time.

We have several pamphlets advertising courses at the practice; feel free to ask us about them. Also, consult the internet and ask your (girl)friends. If you are interested in taking any (pregnancy) courses please make sure to pick one that you are most comfortable with; yoga, pregnancy swimming classes, pregnancy fitness classes, birthing classes such as Lamaze -which you can take with your significant other, haptonomy classes and cesar coaching.

Please note that these courses are not part of our practice and are not a package deal with your scheduled appointments.
